I had a rough week, by wednesday I was really stressed and with a lot of anxiety, I had even forgotten that my best friend was going to be in town.

He called late at night and I went to his hotel to see him, I was thinking about telling him about my CSA on my way to his hotel, I got really scared, even trembling...

I hadn't told anyone about my CSA (except here in MS), but even tough it was really scary it all went well, he offered to help me any way he can and I think that helped a lot.

The very fact of telling him helped me release a lot of stress, it's like the burden I'm carrying got split.

I hadn't had a good night sleep until that day, I woke up thursday morning totally relaxed

I wanted to share this with all of you who are beggining your healing process, and tell you that we are not alone.

Trust someone and share your pain and grief, it really helps!

Hi, my fraternal brother,

Yes, the more we tell others, the more we come out from ourselfs.

I couldn't have said what you have said any better.

Thanks.

Heal well, my brother, antonioe, heal well.
