I had a rough week, by wednesday I was really stressed and with a lot of anxiety, I had even forgotten that my best friend was going to be in town.

He called late at night and I went to his hotel to see him, I was thinking about telling him about my CSA on my way to his hotel, I got really scared, even trembling...

I hadn't told anyone about my CSA (except here in MS), but even tough it was really scary it all went well, he offered to help me any way he can and I think that helped a lot.

The very fact of telling him helped me release a lot of stress, it's like the burden I'm carrying got split.

I hadn't had a good night sleep until that day, I woke up thursday morning totally relaxed

I wanted to share this with all of you who are beggining your healing process, and tell you that we are not alone.
