This moring as i look back on my joureny of recovery and my life as a whole,i have come to know God more in my life each day,my knowledge, Love and faith continue to grow in the love of Jesus, who has surrouned me each day of my life.

My faith still countinues to grow stronger in Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour.

i pray that the Holy spirit will guide and comfort each and every one who are gathered here on male survivors and are in need and hurting at this time


May God bless you all in the name of Christ in your time of need

My thought for to day is

Gods Love is wonderful

Just had another breakthrough. Been really not able to see The Maker through all the guilty feelings that were coming up. I couldn't really do 'it' but He faithfully held me even when I was self harming. He let me see the truth which is always easier to take with Him, rather than the way we saw it to survive. He used someone here who was/is also going through a tough time. Im sore and raw, but the lid of this next healing is off and instead of wanting to hurt myself I just filled with Thanks to My Maker and His son. I love Him because He loves me when Im at my least trusting.

He is faithful.

He is Good

and I thank Him for this place I've found, for the friendly people here who often understand.

A prayer for to day

Heavenly father we thank you for the gift of live
We pray for all who are searching for inner peace in their lives at this time

We pray that you will give them strenght and courage to face each new day,
and reach out to them in the storms of their lives throught Jesus Christ our Lord.

This is my favorite prayer. It covers it all. I say it at least several times a day and it helps me:

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
