A friend of mine e mailed me this, i found it a great help and comfort to me as i countinue on my journey of recovery and my faith in God.
Some words of wisdom from one of my favourite authors, John Ortberg, “Why don’t you wake up every morning and say, ‘Okay, Jesus, today you lead, and I will follow. Whatever I have to do in my relationships, my body, my health, and my finances are in your hands, I won’t try to figure out the rest of my life, I won’t try to solve every day. Just today. You lead. I’ll follow.”
Surrender! It is the only way to victory.
