It makes me wonder about my impending trial, but then I'm no media star, so maybe things will be different.
My abuser has no money, so I cannot be accused of chasing that.
One question for the jackson jury: Would you let your teenage son stay at his house, in his bedroom without being present yourself?
If you give the wrong answer, you aren't a fit parent either!
Best wishes ...Rik

If I were mean and sarcastic I'd say he's probably got a slumber party scheduled to celebrate, but in reality I know that's not a joking matter. I am devestated by this decision for some reason. It's like, is there no justice at all in this world? I mean, if anybody on the planet is guilty, it's MJ, and he gets to go home a free freak tonight.
I'm at work, and I'm on the verge of tears on this. It is so not fair. It hurts very, very much. How can 12 people honestly listen to a boy telling his story to the police and not believe him? It feels like I just got shot through the heart. I know, I know, innocent beyond a reasonable doubt, but here, me on this site with an uncle who is also believed more than the child he SA--it's personal. And it hurts, and it's not fair, and if ever there was an opportunity for somebody to stand up for a kid....
I need a hug on this one.

My thoughts are for that kid who was abused. Imagine the courage that was required to come forward and say what happened, and how he felt admitting it to the world. Now all his friends will still know he was "messed with" and he will wonder who is giggling and joking behind his back. But at the same time he is branded as a liar - it's official.
What does this say to any kid who is thinking of seeking help? They already have an enormous fear of disbelief, and the message from CA is hey kiddo - better shut up.
It's heartbreaking.

The whole thing pissed me off royally. The mother of the boy should lose custody of her son. Come on who in there right mind would let there boy spend time with someone like that. Come on who ever on this planet thinks its ok for an adult male to sleep in a bed with a boy should be shot for being stupid.
