Recovery ain't easy. I have days where i just don't wont to deal with it. Sometimes i rather pretend the abuse never happened I used to be an agressive person and now i have become very passive.

Me too, I have days I want to pretend nothing happened. As well as days that I wish I had never disclosed to my mother. Hang in there though, because we know what happened when we didn't deal with it and its what brought us here.

Recovery aint easy for anyone in here your not on your own on this one. Recovery takes alot of time and patients and it dosnt happen over night,dnt be to soar on your self and just take one day at a time,enjoy the good days when they come for we all have our down days as well, but in the meantime chin up and keep fighting you will get there in the end

Sometimes the only thing which seems to keep me going is the knolidge that I've started so I intend to finish.

It sounds though as if your own recovery is already making differences in your life though if your losing some of your aggression, ---- that's something which is hard to deal with.
