I started meditating while waiting for my email. That ws different, the email was slow.

SINCE THIS WAS WRITIN, I HAVE ACTED OUT WITH TWO OF MY FRIENDS, I HAVE DICUSSED THIS WITH MY COUNSELOR. I HAVE STOPPED IT. I WENT THROUGH SADNESS AND DEPRESSION OVER IT. IT LOOKS LIKE I WAS AVOIDING A TASK, AND ENDED UP ACTING OUT TO GET OUT OF IT. I DID NOT DO TOO MUCH, I DID ENOUGH. WELL I WANT TO CONTINUE A HAPPY MARRIAGE. SO I WILL.
THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE SUPPORT. IT HAS HELPED.

I am doing much better. Getting over my past is not easy. Looking toward the future through the past in the present is a better way for me to go.

I do feel much better now, last month was very difficult. I got plane tickets to NY for conference. Two men's weekends inbetween set up. I am knee deep in recovery.

Now years later, I know I am worth more than what my ex thought, when in accident with her car one christmas eve she was mad at me and worried about her precious car, money was more important to her than me, she has caused many problems over wanting her money and keeping money from her sister and me, even keeping money from her sick brother prior to his death
he died alone in the hospital
Randy I hope you are at peace now, too bad your sister was the way she was you could have been at home with us instead of in your apt alone.
at least i have one thing she cant keep, my heart of gold
I get to keep that
she can have the dogs cats and the turtles
at least I found love
