westsidej Member MaleSurvivor Registered: 12/04/09 Posts: 148 Loc: Minnesota	Brothers, it's with deep sorrow that I announce to you all that my wife's mother passed away this morning after battling cancer for years. She had her first bout w/ breast cancer back in the 90's but then had a relapse a few years ago, thought she beat it again only to have it spread to the rest of her organs and brain. My mother-in-law was a positive, protective, family-oriented parent who was a mother of seven and also left behind eight small grandchildren. Please keep my wife, our children & her family in your thoughts/prayers. Take care my brothers & be well. Jay P.S. I was told this was the color of mourning in many Asian culture. _________________________ My CSA story TRIGGERS!!!! ericc Member MaleSurvivor Registered: 01/04/08 Posts: 1929	Jay, I know I'm a little late, but just saw this. My condolences to you and the family. Not sure if this helps any, but I have found some comfort in the idea that when someone we love or care for passes on from this life that they don't fully leave us. That part of them is still here with us. For me I feel if I keep my loved ones in my heart that they will always be there on some level. Anyway, I know these things are not easy and I hope everyone is doing okay. Eric
