John,

I do NOT have an accent. wink

And its not how we says things, its what we say. But given the video you can see from this link, I'd be more concerned about what American say to us!

Hey Jim,

I can't remember what time dinner starts Thursday, but it's only about 30 min from the airport to the hotel. There are lots of great places to eat around here. If you decide not to head straight up to Alta, I'd suggest taking the downtown exit off of I-80 rather than going onto I-15. From there, go to 4th East, hang a left and drive north a few blocks to about 2nd south until you run into the outdoor mall called the "gateway." There are lots of great restaurants there from French, Sushi, TexMex, about anything you can imagine, and they're all good. I really like the Dodo, and the sushi at Happy Sumo is really good. Z-Tejas is good TExMex, and the Thaifoon is great Thai. So... that's an idea. And it's easy to get right back onto the freeway from there as well.

Ohhh yeah... if you guys want Burgers, Hires is not the place to go. You need to go to Crown Burger. And yes, the Fry Sauce really is "fry" sauce. LOL Tin Angel = Grease bomb. Red Iguana is pretty good mexican.

And hey, if you guys are going to be around for Breakfast on Thursday AM you should totally let me know and meet me for Waffles at this amazing Belgian Waffle joint (I can't remember the name), it's just a block from my downtown office.

Gawd! I'm starving already!

Ok, lo siento mucho, pero no comprendo. Fry sauce? Wazzat? You mean a gravy sauce?

Now I have to go home and actually be inspired enough to make something interesting for the starving masses. Hmmm chicken satay sounds good.....YUM!

I'm starving. I need to read less fattening posts! laugh

hehe... OK too true! The reality is, it IS Utah. The real agenda is to brainwash us, bring in the missionaries, and have a mass baptism.
