Thanks(wado)for posting this. Have you ever heard it sung live? It is quite moving and especially so with sign language/hand movements. The Cherokee Youth Choir also does an excellent performance of it. Not sure if you can get copies on line. I have a copy from years ago but hearing them live is really great.

Joel,
Thank You for posting that. It it's amazing how how beautiful that song is in any language that it is song in. It is especially potent having had ancestors that traveled the road of tears so long ago. My paternal great,great,parents were Cherokee who live in oklahoma.
