I don't know what it is that's at issue but please use caution even in your private communications on site. Things can go all pear shaped pretty fast and escalate out of control. If necessary you may want to step away from the issue for a few days in order to gain some perspective. Take it up with your T on the local level. He/she may have invaluable insight on whatever it is that's troubling you.

Sometimes it's the questionable things we really need to talk about. The ModTeam is very experienced in dealing with such matters and they really do understand, believe me. If you have any question about discussing any particular topic, I would PM a moderator about it first and get some feedback. You won't be judged or blamed for that.
