I guess maybe this is not total on 'Male Survivor' subject, but it rather is. As I say before, when all this happen, to start to deal of all this mentally and emotionally, it was hard at me physically as well, and I lost almost 40 pounds over several months, not able to eat or keep things in my mouth. Always, since I am child, I can remember that stress makes me sick like that. So at almost 5'9", I was down at 113 not so long ago, and had no energy to hardly move, train, anything. Well, this morning, even being sick last few days, I am back up at 130! Only is twenty more to go to be 'normal'! It has been hard to make myself eat again, and to take care of myself physically again, and I am proud that I can do it and make it work. And as long as I still am sick, I will keep up at the ice cream! It is medicine for the sore throat, ha ha.
Sorry, just over tired and excited.

This is really good news Leosha. I think you will continue to build yourself up in many ways. You must feel really good inside yourself, that you have made this progress.
