Well put. I'm very outspoken but I held the secrets of my abuse for way to long before I told my wife and started down the road to healing this very old and ragged wound that I had. On the flip side of that, I can very well understand why people would want remain unknown. Everyone is different and everyone's needs are different in regard to what they have to have to cope or heal with what has happened to them. I thnk what works for one will not always work for the next. It's all about getting past the hurt and being able to live again.
