This doesn't really reflect any current feelings, but rather addresses the annoying panic and anxiety attacks that seem to hit me every few days lately. Just wanted to share it.
Abandoned,
Alone
Falling into
despair

It will get better. Been there. Anticpate being there again, although I hope not soon. It will get better. Are you in T yet? It might help, although I was in T when my last bout hit. Its not you per se. Its the process. It hurts like hell. I hear you.

Great poem, feelings straight from the very depths of your soul.
Quite often I have the same feelings, as I know that we all do. The pains get unbearable at times. "we must go through this living hell". Abandoned.
But for me, being right here, HOME. Right here with my brothers/friends I know that I will not be ABANDONED.
Heal well Lars, and all posted above, and my brothers/friends.
