Hi Elliott,
That's a great poem, it speaks a lot to the feelings of worthlessness that so many survivors of CSA feel about themselves. I hope that you do know that you ARE worth so much more than this, though. Whenever I get to thinking that I'm useless, etc., it helps me to remind myself that that's the abuse talking and it's not true. That seems to help a lot.

Thanks Bro; I feel connected with that poem. I am oddly warmed by it, further affirmation that I am among friends; and at last I do not feel alone. With Love, Wes

Elliot,I do understand the feelings and lived many years of my life feeling the same way. Have you ever heard of the poem titled, "King of Nothing" by Derek Germain? This poem imbodied my feelings and emotions for a long time. But not today, I'm a man who has value.
Elliot you too have value! Thank you for sharing you feelings with us. And also thanks for being my brother.
Ken

Elliott,
Absolutely magnificent poem. Very poetic and heart-wrenching... I was touched.
