Not sure that anyone is going to notice...

But, just wanted to let everybody know I am headed south to(Apache Junction in Arizona). I'll be spending time with my mom and dad for two weeks. (Blessed to have family support of my parents).

I didn't want to disappear all of a sudden and leave anyone with the impression that anything is wrong.

My new girlfriend is going along, and I am very excited...!!!

p.s. Leaving Monday Dec. 1st (Right now in the packing phase).

Island,

Have a great time with your family.
Be sure to check out a meeting there.
It is interesting seeing the similiars and difference of meetings in different parts of the country.

See you (should I say read you) when you get back.

Mike

What I think is going to be cool is to experience together the similars and difference of meetings WITH my girlfriend, as we are a recovering couple.

I went last year for two weeks on the same exact vacation (same place and time of the year) by myself newly separated/divorced from my ex...very toxic relationship all the way around (responsible for my part)...enough said; don't really want to go there.

Looking back...it was a vacation to find myself.

They have a huge 3d Imax theater there (my dad and I saw Beowolf together) Soooo Cool...!!!

Gigantuan flea markets and hottubs galore.

Come to think of it, I never took that guy up on shuffleboard lessons...I think I might have just remembered that I have some unfinished business/pleasure that I wan't to attend to...

Have a large time, island, enjoy the trip with your girlfriend and let us know all the fun things you get to see and do. I love flea markets, too, and Imax as well.
