While having an emotional exchange where strong & very obvious differences of opinion/perspective were being revealed I didn't get overly angry & lash out at someone else. I realized I was no longer trying to get someone to change their opinion by forcing mine upon them. Or trying to prove them wrong. I simply was expressing my own. I probably was re-experiencing old trauma in my previous process because it used to leave me rattled.
I also realized I don't owe explanations, need to defend or justify my opinion or myself to anyone. Even here at MS.
If asked to, I can simply say: "I don't know you well enough." Nuff said.
Boundaries... they're a good thing.

I gave someone the option of:
a) not hearing what I had to say (if I hear no response from them so be it) b) hearing what I had to say via PM (see "a") c) hearing what I had to say on a public forum (see "a")

Today I got new tyres on my car and i washed it too.
I met with a potential new client in a martial arts club looking for a training video to be made.
I ran around chasing my friends cat with video camera for some fun.
And i hung out with my friends which was really fun.

I went to a new dentist today to try and resolve long standing issues with my teeth, and actually told the dentist, (do they all look like they are about 20 years old now? )why I do not like having things being put into my mouth. No fuss, no muss, and I'm living to tell the tale, and I am going back again to see him. He was great. Progress!

Rather than responding here on whether or not I thought something was appropriate or counterproductive to the topic at hand, I forwarded it for consideration by others with "less reactive eyes"
(wasn't that a song by Kim Carnes?) "a didda diddum didda diddum... he got less reactive eyes..."
I also suggested increased vigilance to keep threads forum "relevant" for want of a better term.

I feel I am being "baited" here at MS by one of my "brothers in healing" literally through the wording & timing & "placement" of their posts.
Rather than easily ripping them a new one & disrupting the site, I have forwarded my concerns to the Mods & will abide by their decision.
