Ever wanted to make a hyoooooooooj generalization?
Or say something really profound & even downright right about where you think we as a race took a wrong turn?

Here's your chance to voice your opinion & hog the soapbox as long as you want.
Yes you can co-opt something you read somewhere as long as you add 25% of yerself.

C (as in consumerism will figure greatly in my reply)

I'm pretty convinced that the problems the society faces stem from Evolution and the Judicial branches corruption of the rest of our American society.

For America...the first time we elected a president based on his suitability as a beer buddy.

In general: When 'commen courtesy' become uncommen, and when making excuses for bad behavior become more popular then taking responsibility for it.

It was the very first time a person placed they're worth greater than another's.

When the Coca-Cola company replaced REAL Coke with the "new formula". Then they brought back "Coke Classic"....then suddenly they both disappeared and who the hell knows what kind of Coke we got today!

There's always been classes...even among hunter-gatherer peoples. The ones that provided the food and/or went to battle were the leaders, the rest served them. I'm guessing even cave people had leaders of the group.

If we were all equal who would make the hard decisions and take the initiative to progress? lol \:\)

Anyway I think the idea of the "good old days" is make believe. Times have always been hard, and messed up and there's always been evil people and good people mixed. We're not any more worse people now than in the past, we just have different challenges and messed up things as times change. \:\)

Just what I think at least. \:\)

When the first person who had power chose to use that power as a club rather than a tool.
