I saw in the news yesterday that Paul Newman passed away on Friday. I read the news story that talked about his life and how much every one like him as a person. I thought about all the movies he made.
I think my favorite was Cat On A Hot Tin Roof with Elizabeth Taylor and Burl Ives.

And of course, Cool Hand Luke can never be forgotten..."What we have here..."

And Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, another great one.

When Hollywood seems so silly and pretentious, I like to remember greats like Paul Newman who really knew how to be perfect at their craft and yet not forget that they, too, were human. RIP, Paul.
