I found the first video very interesting and a good response to the misguided minister.

How someone can actually believe what Mr. Dobson believes is beyond me. It's just over my head and alien to me.

Thanks for sharing this...all I can say is for the first time I'm ashamed of America...I wish some one could show me were in the word of God says to HATE, In my Bible he tells me to love every regardles of what he does. God will sort all of that out in the next life....I have thought a lot about that Boy (Shapard) not sure I just remember hin being tied to a fence and beat to death...
We as Christians need to be telling the Gospel correctly and it simply says GOD ,SO LOVED THE WORLD......

I got no idea where the full movie takes this title "For the Bible Tells Me So." I see in the clip on youtube that there's one gay Christian and spouse who seems to see things pretty darn clearly. That is, the bible does NOT tell us ANYTHING about hating or persecuting gays. People who do are NOT acting in a biblical manner at all.

But PLEASE... this evil lunacy is not a "Christian issue" or an "American Issue." We Americans have no monopoly on idiots and cruelty. Its just plain Human-Nature to be cruel, evil and ignorant of diverse elements...different people. Then the truly fkd-up go seeking justification and righteousness through any recognized authority...the Quoran, the Judeo-Christian Bible, tradition...

The title is from the kid's song "Jesus Loves Me" (this I know/for the Bible tells me so).

It's true that no one group has a monopoly on hate. But I feel one doesn't need to have a monopoly to be looked at about it. I look at any faith like I do Christianity. It's just, I think, Americans made this movie and Christianity is the "main" religion here, so they focus their topic.
