Hi all,
I can sympathaize(sp) with you all. For the last three weeks when these CSA memories came back to me with a vengance, I have lost my capacity to concentrate, remember what I was doing. I am doing slightly better now tho. I was always having problems in public school too grades 1-4, got a bit better in the orphanage/home that I lived in for 4 years grades 5-8, but we were only about 15 boys in each class and the Brothers had more time to help us along. Heal well my friends.
Pete

I pushed garbage over the edge w\no trailer in chute today.

Sometimes, I struggle really hard with concentration.

My best coping advise is to exercise, and REMEMBER to make lists. Then put them in a obvious spot, so you don't have to remember that you made a list.

My memory is a pencil and a piece of paper (knowing this is half the battle.)
