I am a christan Man..Forgiven of my sins by the Grace of God. Made me start to think about Forgiveness for the guys that used me as a kid..I have in fact forgiven them and ask God to find them and save them also...I will never for get what they did but how can I acept what god gives freely and hate anyone...

What is forgiveness? To me, it's canceling a debt. Christ canceled my debt when I obeyed His Word. I've found that having my debt canceled helps me to learn to cancel other debts to me, but it is not an easy thing. The processing leading up to that forgiveness is what takes time and work. Forgiving perps is a tough one. But I know that forgiveness is for my peace of heart, not for them.

Gary,

WOW...two battles on separate fronts is impossible to win... history bears that out... but with our God, who can do all things, is ABLE, for He has overcome all battles and is the victor!!!

Prayed for you today... and will keep you in my prayers. Thanks for sharing... I do not know your battle with the cancer, but our God does... Hang in there! We love you.

Gary,

I am new to the board here and although I have not been able to forgive and my definition of Spirituality does not necessarly have a singular god figue I too shall keep you in my thoughts and push and pray that the energy the surrounds us and binds us all finds it's way to you to bring you your health.

My Best to you and You sister

Dave

I will think nothing but good thoughts for you and your recovery, Gary. Your sister's gift of the transplant is selflessness itself and your courage is inspiring.

Gary,

My thoughts will be with you. I seem to remember a quotation that fits here. My apologies if I don't remember it quite right or all of it.

"May the Lord make His face to shine down upon you."

Gary,

Though we have never crossed paths here on MS, I am so inspired by your courage and faith. What an unselfish act of love on the part of your sister, you are truly a blessed man. I will keep both you and your sister in my prayers. God bless you and I hope that you have a successful and speedy recovery.

Dan
