If you choose to fight and battle, you will lose.
Take small, gradual steps! Donít kill yourself.
You can't be perfect, so donít even try. You'll just strangle yourself.
Gradual, non-pressured, but consistent progress is the way to go!
Recognize your improvements, small as they might be at first, and give yourself credit!
You deserve it!
Do your therapy with motivation, not with desperation, and you will get over this!!
Setbacks are unavoidable, so accept them as an integral part of the healing process!!
Using this approach assures you of significant improvement on your way towards complete recovery.
