going through this proccess of healing, I have read many suggestion of different types of therapy. ie. journaling. (I suck at that). What I've learned is various types of therapy are already in place, and I activley do them all the time.
For me the secret is to be in balance. Another way of looking at it is trying to find the neutral position. The more I learn, the more I understand how much POWER there is in this position.
One of my therapies involves listening to music and (humbly) playing my harmonica.
(I am self taught). Funny thing is sometimes I have to beg for an audience that will listen.(hardest part) Then its like WOW! your pretty good.
I have a timer on my stereo. My stereo is my alarm clock. I start every day with a minimum of a half hour of music.
The music helps me to process my emotions, and helps me celabrate my life.
