I have found that my two great needs from life are joy and peace. I have found that I can work towards and reclaim both of those; I have found that done in the right way, working towards joy and peace can be their own joyful and peaceful experiences.

As I work towards these goals I find that almost anything I "want" that is really important is already included in my effort to secure my needs. And those things that aren't included aren't really that important after all.
