every morning I wake up feeling like I have shrunken
collapsed inwards, imploded more
so lately I've been standing on my head
doing headstands
it's another way of seeing things
It's a different way of feeling myself, of holding myself, of supporting myself
being able to feel the direction "down" in my right leg only happened 2 years ago
nerve damage or frozen energy from complex PTSD or the effects of CSA?
standing on my head, I have to reach "up" into my feet
something about the increased body awareness
something about pushing the flesh envelope
something about feeling my spine/skeleton/structure
or maybe the blood rushing to my head?
lol
the scientist in me finds this fascinating & maybe relevant to this thread too!
