he said - if someone wants positive attention
and doesn't get it - they will invariably go for negative
attention. after i thought about it - i realized that i found myself doing this - with unhealthy things at times - it was just kind of a wake up call for me.

Yeah Mark I have done that to when I was angry with my dad for not giving me any attention I would do things to make him mad then he would have o deal with me. I reaped that when my sons came along. Big time. Karma sucks.
