Great news Kelly! That's such an important task - chucking the abuser out of our heads and disallowing him any further opportunities to mess with us.

I really appreciate this post. I don't often see positive expressions of success on this website. I read the survivor stories, I read other men's frustrations and melt downs, and I see the wonderful support they receive and this is helpful. But I don't often see expressions of positive success (am I just missing these?).

In my current state of mind, I need to read more posts like yours Kelly, in fact I wish there was a forum specifically for sharing successes and victories, to give us all a shot in the arm and help us restore hope.

Your thoughts help me have hope, they are simple, to the point, and powerful. Thanks so much for sharing this with me.
