I met two people tonight in the waiting
room of my Psychiatrist's office.
One was a male actor (incredibly smart and funny)
the other a supermodel and actress.
We all started chatting and it turns out we shared some
psych issues - and in sharing it took us through the seriousness
of where we had been and also - brought forth the hope
of better times. We had some laughs as well.

It was an amazingly unexpected moment of inspiration and at the end of spending 20 random minutes together - we bonded. \:\)

It was great. By hearing both the similiar issues and the different ones - it gave me a more dimensional compassion for them and me. I think also for others in the future as well.

Wow that is fantastic Mark. I have found similar when I have gotten up the courage to open up which is not often. That is brave and was well rewarded. I am glad for you.
