The last bit got me Ben ...
for loves lost ... something to ponder ...

things that never die
The pure, the bright, the beautiful
That stirred our hearts in youth,
The impulses to wordless prayer,
The streams of love and truth,
The longing after something lost,
The spirit's yearning cry,
The striving after better hopes -
These things can never die.
The timid hand stretched forth to aid
A brother in his need;
A kindly word in grief's dark hour
That proves a friend indeed;
The plea for mercy softly breathed,
When justice threatens high,
The sorrow of a contrite heart -
These things shall never die.
Let nothing pass, for every hand
Must find some work to do,
Lose not a chance to waken love -
Be firm and just and true.
So shall a light that cannot fade
Beam on thee from on high,
And angel voices say to thee-
"These things shall never die."

Charles Dickens (1812 - 1870)

I've been listening to Leah Andreone since I was in 3rd grade. I'm only twenty, but that's still a good 11+ years She's absolutely incredible lyrically. Her voice is very unique: haunting and very abrasive. Takes a certain kind of ear to tolerate, but her music has always been an incredible outlet for me.

Check out some of her stuff on MySpace, or however you get to your music.

Velied and Alchemy are her two full lengths, I know she's releasing an EP sometime soon.

Hello Ben

I've been down this road myself the last few weeks,
what I have found ... we have to forgive ourselves first.
In forgiveness I have found some sort of peace with this.

a new take on a couple of old favourites,
fun memories of him, painful memories too.

Go easy on yourself Ben,
good luck tomorrow \:\)
