I disclosed to my friend my history of abuse, and he in return disclosed to me his history of abuse that i had no knowledge of. For him to admit his abuse to me and me to him was a big step toward healing. it also means that are relationship as friend's is growing tremendously. now he is my god brother, my best friend forever, my buddy, and my buddy who i can talk to about anything.

What a MAN you are Arron.
I stood up for my kid.
Had some special time with my wife and talked about my computer time vs us time.
Survived the firestorm with no damage
Packed for my trip tomorrow.

Today, I had my first visit with a new T. First time back in therapy since 2005. I feel good about it, and am glad I did this.

decided that to help regain focus, i'm going to put that extra little bit of fun into my work and buy a full-size whiteboard, i have a small one but it is not big enough for a whole question, i'll admit i already have a lab-coat, i always feel like i have no excuses in not being able to do my work if i'm dressed smartly with a lab-coat on, don't worry, i've asked around, it seems it is not so unusual for physics students to prematurely play dress up like this lol, i guess you just don't grow out of some things lol

A few days ago, a fellow member both wise & frustrating as all frig shared with me how he felt I "read too much into things"

After reading too much into the comment frustrating me BIGTIME I wisened up

Today I am taking things more at "face value" (where a face actually is involved)

lol
