I agree this is a very triggery thing to see. I will put a trigger warning on it, okay? The photo of the perp staring out at the viewer is especially disturbing.

But I liked the statement by the police officer at the end: "Polk County’s Children are 24% of our population, but they are 100% of our future."

It says in the article that they were caught while using "file-sharing" programs, and one of the men under arrest mentioned this as well.

What is raising MY eyebrows after reading this is the possible notion that the police are actually distributing it themselves in order to catch people. I don't KNOW this, but how else do you catch them via file sharing? This isn't a an unreasonable suspicion. Police set up drug busts while posing as sellers all the time, in other words, they pretend to be actual criminals, in order to catch criminals. And I find it disturbing that the police might actually be distributing it themselves in order to ..................catch criminals. I didn't SAY that they're doing this, but I think some clarification is in order.

Wow, half the people are way younger than me...and I'm 26. It's sad to see so many young people into that. I hope in prison they get the help they need to stop. Or else they'll just do it again.

I like the fact that many ppl are being arrested fro all that stuff. What I am concerned about is how much time they are going to spend in jail. They are not going to spend that much as far as I am concerned, that I think is what pisses me off the most. The other day I read an article where a man molested over 600 victims and was sentenced to only three years. WOW that is all I have to say. I hear all this news reals and articles about child molesters I get really really saddened that they are not spending that much time in prison. As an argument stated above I hope that they get help. I hear that they need help but you just like me was molested and we made the choice NOT to touch kids like that. They should be punished for what they did. They too made a choice. Sorry if the letter seems bitter. I just want to get my feelings across. I am not trying to step on anyones feet.
