markgreyblue Member MaleSurvivor Registered: 12/19/03 Posts: 5400 Loc: Pasadena, CA	I went on a walk today down to Old Town Pasadena. I do it often - it's about a mile down and back. I live a few from the beach, late at night when my mind won't rest, I take myself down onto the beach for a good walk. The combination of salt air and rythmic waves does wonders. The exercise I'm less excited about $\:\)$ I love days of nothing special and a few nights of nothing special wouldn't go astray either LOL _________________________ Keep Smilin' arronb
