This is so great to hear. I'm proud of you, and yes it's progress. I have been in and out of therapy many times. As you say, you're not cured, but you have learned some copeing skills. As you use these new skills, life will get easier, but there will be times you will need to find a new method to deal with a new problem. Don't be affraid to ask for more help again.
If you stay in the area, it can be very helpful to go back to the same T. You can start without having to do all the background work, so don't burn this bridge. Just talk to your parents and your T, and be sure that he will be willing to fit you in, if you need him.
