Bed Knobs and Broomstick is incredible! I haven't seen that one since my daughter was little. It's been a very long time for me too. I should go rent it and watch it with my grandson

Yikes, I am giving up way too much info about myself in this thread. Oh well.... Last year i had the opportunity to meet and work with the musicians who wrote the soundtrack for this show. they had a concert at my schools performing arts center and the Staff member who runs the building was ill so i took his place i got to be their sound engineer it was pretty fun.

Trish,
I just loved Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. I don't think I will EVER get tired of that one! I mean, really, time travel in a phone booth? Amazing. And the killer line is George Carlin's comment at the end..."They do get better!"

I remember Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.
There was a sequel: Return of the Killer Tomatoes, and it was hilarious! Starred George Clooney and John Astin.
Regarding Willy Wonka~, one of my childhood favorites. I got to meet and dance with the woman who played Violet, at a Christmas party a few years ago. Denise Nickerson - she's a hoot.

Here's one I can't believe no one has mentioned so far: The Wizard of Oz! "I don't think this is Kansas, Toto."

Holy crap Larry you're right! I love that movie to pieces and so does my daughter; we have the 50th Anniversary addition of the movie even. Also, we were just in the city last Saturday and saw Wicked, which is the story of the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good witch before Dorothy dropped in. Totally awesome by the way - I highly recommend it.
ROCK ON...........Trish

Trish, I saw The Wizard of Oz many times when I was a kid and lots of times since then, and I always notice something in it that I hadn't picked up on previously. Always! My kids have loved it too, and when it shows up again there's never an argument about what we will watch on the telly that night. Much love, Larry
