Today I came across this article on the BBC website (Scotland) which states that male rape "should be new offence".

It should be a offence anyway.... whats wrong with these people?

Laws vary greatly in the US as well. At the time, when I was abused (raped), there was no such criminal statutory accomodation from a boy being raped in Massachusetts. It was simple "assault or battery." Given that the perps were minors at the time makes the 1968+ crimes against me un-punishable even if the statute of limitations were not a factor (which it is in fact a factor).

The laws are so rarely in our favor.

Who says justice is limited to the hands of government? Not I.
