It was the last thing I had written before the first half-memories started and I first looked for help... Within each of us is the power to hurt or help. To wound or heal. To condemn or save. The path we choose is always our own - Whether we give in to the forces around us or forge ahead regardless the consequences. This is your life. Don't let anyone ever convince you otherwise. You are the one that has to live it, good or bad, dark or light. Embrace it. You matter and your voice should be heard. ... wow - how things have changed.

Now that you have healed and moved forward, it can really be seen that you struggled and fighted against your fears and weakness. You shared lots of thm with people around you and it did not make you worse. It made you stronger!
