As many of you already know, Nyjah suffers from serious eating disorders associated with what happened to him when he was younger. It's a constant challenge to him to keep his weight up within safe limits, and when he can't do that it makes him feel bad about himself. I keep telling him that all he can do is his best - he should be proud of that.
This is one of those moments when Nyjah needs our support. He has just messaged me saying he has to return to the hospital because his weight is too low; he wanted to tell everyone here, but he felt bad talking about it. He has asked me to put his message up for him.
If you wish to leave messages of encouragement for him please do so here. He does have occasional computer access and will be able to read whatever we can say to support him.

I'll be thinking about you, Nyjah. I'm proud of you for making it this far, and though I can't feel your pain for you, please know that I understand.

Nyjah, as a fellow survivor and someone who strugged with bulemia and anorexia when I was younger, I send you all my love and support. You will get through this, you will get your weight back up a bit and move forward - healing is a long process, and each step is difficult, but hopefully the love of all the men here will ease the burden.

Like I've told you before, you're one of my hero's. You fight this so hard, and frankly I'm proud of you. Just keep on trying. Life is made up of victories and setbacks. We'll be there for you either way just like you have been for us.

Taking care of yourself is important and nothing to feel bad about.
I can relate to the hospital stay because I had more than my share of time in them. Reaching out has always been hard for me too. I wish you well and lots of progress.
