Unfortunately, I can't recommend a book or anything I have it too. I even tried the Social Phobia program at the Adult Anxiety Clinic of Temple University in Philadelphia, weekly for 12 weeks. I think alot of survivors have social anxiety to one degree or another as we tend to be isolationists. When we isolate ourselves in childhood/adolesence when we are learning how to socialize, it becomes difficult and therefore we get anxiety, just my 2 cents.
