Hey,

I am still kind of new here. Some of you may have seen my story over in the story forum. Anyway, I am freaking out right now. I am not doing well at all. Angry, rage, confusion. I am not sure what is triggering it, but I think I have more memories surfacing. I can't f---ing deal with this right now. It is so hard to keep myself and the rest of my life together. I have enough problems as it is.

Letting it out has helped.

Rant all you want . I have ben trying for 30 years to find a way to control the anger that burns in me . I have wanted to
kill the SOB that raped me tn 1977 every sense it happened .
I have looked for him all of this time . The only thing that will ever make me stop is to see him in jail or in his grave.
So I do under stand how it can be

Drake maybe you should think about joing the Healing Circle that is starting next Tues. There is lots of help in the peer support meetings. There is a sign up post at the top of the male survivor forum that explains everything. Hope to see you there.

Welcome to Male Survivor and I hope you will find resources here that will help you in your recovery. Tom has already mentioned to you one of the most effective things going on the site - the Healing Circles he initiated. I would definitely suggest you give that a try. You don't have to speak up at first; just get used to the format first and try to participate when you feel more comfortable.
