My dear friends I need your prayers for the Cancer I just found out I have. It is going to be a long road and with out prayer and my friends I dont think I can make it. Thanks Guys

Although I had not seen your posts before today, I am so glad that you have reached out again to the people on this site as you confront the new challenges that lie ahead.
Prayers work! I can't explain the why or how, I just know they do. I have seen prayers work.. So here is my prayer for you:
May you find comfort in your time of need.
May you find strength in your journey ahead.
May you feel the Healing Power at work within you.
May God bless you and keep you.
May the light that is his Love shine on you.

Gary, I have recently found this site and you,both of which have given me hope and peace. I will, no have just, said a prayer for you to be healed by the loving hand of our Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST. May you find strength and love here and in your home. I will continue to pray for you to have the will to cope with the long road ahead.
I would like to pass a saying that my father used when thngs seemed insurmountable to me, he would look into my eyes and tell me "its the strong winds of march, which make the mighty oaks of november". So you will, I pray, find that you are among friends here and loved by many, with these things you can and will do well.

Gary,
from one cancer patient to another - you can do it. It seems so unfair, doesn't it? To have to deal with a scary illness on top of CSA on top of issues on top of problems.
It is perfectly OK and understandable to be overwhelmed. It is a lot to deal with. Just like recovery from CSA, please try to take it one day at a time. When it gets too much, reach out for support - like this place.
We're all here for you.

My best thoughts and prayers go out to you. Cancer can be beaten these days. My brother-in-law went through chemo and has stayed in remission quite awhile now. Try to keep your spirits up and know we are with you through this.

Please Keep praying guys it is working. went to the cancer center in Birmingham and was told the treatment is working
im now making my own blood cells.. i will be having a Stem Cell transplant in March or April. that will give me a longer life.
so again thanks for all the prayer.
