Anyone know the schedule for 2008 Weekends of Recovery? I need to start planning as soon as I can in order to save enough money. It's kind of expensive but after reading the positive responses from the last one I think I would like to attend. ;\)

Rick,
go to the main page, there's a Weekends of recovery sidebar, that should give the schedule- as well you should also know they have scholarships available if the cost is too high, transportation is still up to the participant- check it out, i'm going from what i remember from looking at it a while ago, i could be only part-right... Hey dancr6,

I'm checking that out for you now. I should have a rough cost by tomorrow. So pack up all your "fear and trembling" and bring it with you. I promise you'll leave it behind when you head home.

Hey dancr6,

The final budget hasn't been figured out yet but the cost should be somewhere around $550 give or take a little.

Start saving now. You won't regret it.

I'm hoping to go to the one in October is PA. I'm glad I saw this thread, as I hadn't a foggy clue as to the cost and will definitely have to start saving.

Roger,

Though I don't set the rules, I seem to remember something being said about if you had to arrive early or late to make hotel arrangements for the extra nights. That was a couple years back when I first started considering attending a weekend.

Scott,

The WoR I attended in California a year ago was around $450 as I recall but I had paid for a single room. Sharing accommodations is cheaper by some.
