Got to take a break...

Last night in session with my T, she suggested I might think about taking a break from this place for a couple of weeks.......I can see why she has suggested it and I am going to take her advice and see what kind of affect it has on things, but I will miss everyone here.....
I do hope to return soon, but just in case it turns out it would be better for me not to, I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone who has offered their support and wish everyone well in their journeys.

Hey, Beccy--
I will say I can understand the merit of taking a break; there are many ways in which the information on the site, along with the discussions, can be very emotionally demanding, I have found. No fault involved--it's just difficult. So give yourself credit for setting limits as you find appropriate.
I'm happy to have been in dialogue with you these past months. Best of luck to you in the next stage of your journey, no matter where it takes you.
