It is strange, and that is the term that a friend say for it. I do not think it is medical term.

I do not have good hearing. I almost do not hear at all on one side, and it is some reduced on other side. But I have notice, I have this thing occuring. I will keep hearing something that happen a while ago. Like, even after I been out of chat room for 10 minutes, I will still sometime here the noise it make when someone say something. Or, some minutes after my phone is rang, I will hear it in my ears (or my head) that it sound like it is ringing again, just more quiet.

I do not know at all what to understand of this, but it happen a lot. I was wondering if this is something that happen to other people, and do they know what it is?

(It is not just since the recent heart issues, this is been happening for at least some months now, that I have noticed)

Thank you, ttoon, I did have a friend who mention that, but I thought it was always like a ringing sound, and not other sounds. It could very much be that, although I am not sure at all what would be cause of it.

A lot of what you say sounds exactly like my problem with hearing. I had many tests and some docs say its because of high pitched noises i was exposed to whilst in the army, also continuous loud noise over prolong periods of time.
