Do anyone know how to make it, in 'html' program, to make a link for webpage be so that you click on it, it go to there? What the 'code' for it is? I do not know such things, I know how to do it here at the site, but this is a web page, not a message board I am meaning.

i just type in the URL - or copy and paste it. MS forums recognize it and make a link of it automatically:

You have alreay got the right answer to your question. I just wanted to add that when I started to be interested in HTML coding I saved web pages to my PC and opened them with a notepad. That showed me the entire code of a page. HTML is rather simple, there are a few basic operators (commands) to use and you need some accuracy too.

I've gone through a lot of STUFF - dealing with mostly government (military) contracts will do that - but I certainly wouldn't consider myself much of an expert on most of them.

If we actually sat down sometime and compared skills - I have a strong feeling you'd come out FAR ahead.
