http://www.audiblefaith.com/pages/sg200071I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever (I have heard this sing many times, tonight at church, it was opened with a violin, a bass violin and (the middle one), french horns were also a part of the prelude with a solo male singer backed up by a 50 person choir. It was very moving and the bolded lyrics just jumped out at me. The words reminded me that I need to continue to open myself up to the Healer and let Him continue to set me free... Easier said than done, It is truth and it is a point of prayer for me. Everytime I have opened my heart to Him, I have been made stronger. It is no wonder the enemy's first tactic is to keep us from trusting anyone. I need to also continue to trust others who have proven themselves to be a safe haven for me. Otherwise, I return to the prison, a walled garden with no exits, a private hell each one of us has experienced. Thanks for listening guys, it really spoke to me and I wanted to share it with you. Peter Over the mountains and the sea, Your river runs with love for me, and I will open up my heart and let the Healer set me free.I'm happy to be in the truth, and I will daily lift my hands: for I will always sing of when Your love came down. [Yeah!] I could sing of Your love forever, I could sing of Your love forever, I could sing of Your love forever, I could sing of Your love forever. [Repeat] Oh, I feel like dancing - it's foolishness I know; but, when the world has seen the light, they will dance with joy, like we're dancing now. Written by Martin Smith ©1994 Curious? Music UK

Peter,
Thanks for sharing from your heart and soul. 1 Cort. 1:9 "God is Faithful" He is bringing the healing into your life, and will continue to do so. The private hell we experienced is broken with each word we share to each other. Way to shater it! Keep singing of His love!
Blessings,
Army

Thanks for sharing this. This one is one of my favorites, It reminds me that I still have the ability to love and to be loved if only I give a little bit of myself to others From Give A Little BitGive a little bit Give a little bit of your love to me Give a little bit I'll give a little bit of my love to you There's so much that we need to share So send a smile and show you care I'll give a little bit I'll give a little bit of my life for you So give a little bit Give a little bit of your time to me See the man with the lonely eyes Take his hand, you'll be surprised Give a little bit Give a little bit of your love to me I'll give a little bit of my life for you Now's the time that we need to share So find yourself, we're on our way back home Going home Don't you need to feel at home? Oh yeah, we gotta sing

Raine Maida-"Yellow Brick Road" I remember the days when we talked for hours And we were young; we thought we had superpowers We kissed the sky, expanded our minds, thought we could fly We were dreamers, and we'd never die We were young punks but we showed potential Us against the world, we weren't sentimental We weren't our problems, our age or our paychecks And we weren't taking anybody's shit
If I knew now what I knew then, I'd Back up do it all again, I'd Take a bow, take it real slow Take a ride down the yellow brick road
Knew now what I knew then, I'd Back up do it all again, I'd Take a bow, take it real slow Take a ride down the yellow brick road
Come on, come on wise up Come on, come on wise up Come on, come on wise
The winters were cold but we had your parents basement This underground was for sinners and we embraced it Magic pills, fairy tales, Syd Barrett's ghost Oh, we'd all get on that spaceship We measured our lives in coffee spoons And those Friday nights quickly turned into Sunday afternoons We weren't our money, our muscles or our regrets We were having a mere life experience
If I knew now what I knew then, I'd Back up do it all again, I'd Take a bow, take it real slow Take a ride down the yellow brick road
Knew now what I knew then, I'd Back up do it all again, I'd Take a bow, take it real slow Take a ride down the yellow brick road

Our Lady Peace-Raine Maida/Duncan Coutts/Steve Mazur/Jeremey Taggert "Innocent" Oh, Johnny wishes he was famous Spends his time alone In the basement With Lennon and Cobain A guitar and a stereo While he wishes he Could escape this It all seems so contagious Not to be yourself and faceless In a song that has no soul
I remember feeling low I remember losing hope I remember all the feelings And the day they stopped We are, We are all innocent, we are all innocent We are, we are, we are We are all innocent, we are all innocent We are, we are
Oh, Tina’s losing faith in what she knows Hates her music Hates all of her clothes Thinks of surgery And a new nose Every calorie is a war While she wishes she Was a dancer And that she'd never Heard of cancer She wishes God would give her Some answers And make her feel beautiful
I remember feeling low I remember losing hope I remember all the feelings And the day they stopped We are, We are all innocent, we are all innocent We are, we are, we are We are all innocent, we are all innocent We are, we are
One day You'll have to let it go, Oh One day You'll stand up on your own, you'll stand up on your own Yeah Remember losing hope, Remember feeling low, Remember all the feelings and the day they stopped
