I wanted to try to respond to your question. I have recently started counseling with a therapist woman. On the first meeting she told me she works in two ways with the problem of sexual trauma. The first is work with the body (including trans), and the second is the work with images (art therapy). She told me the later is safer, and I agreed we would better go with images, and talk.
So I think that kind of touching therapy is exhisting, but it is up to you to decide whether it is really for you, and if your comfort level with the therapist is enough.

When you feel all alone and unhappy, turn to you Inner Child and talk to Him.
You will see He can comfort you like nothing else!
