You're doing a great job with all of this. Take it easy on yourself. Just stopping right now is a good start to being kind to yourself. Take it in baby steps, small pieces so you don't get completely overwhelmed.

These are some pretty horrific memories you're dealing with .Thanks for sharing them. Getting them out so that they are no longer a secret is the best thing you can do.

I think you are feeling really scared right now and now that the truth is outof the bottle, you're wish things were back the way they were.
Your father is not going to find it here. You could become a member and post things on the member side to make it extra safe.
But you should see how guys respond to this post. You were VERY brave today - today of alldays. You are an emotional wreck after all the stuff this AM.
If you REALLY want to delete it, there is a button at the bottom of the box that says edit.
