ok every one says their is up's and downs. im feeling pretty up right now i have the last few days. all the problems i have been having i still have but i just feel better its kinda hard to explain.

anyways my question is... is this just one of those ups i have heard so much about or am i really making progress?

my sessions with my t are expensive and i dont feel like im benefiting from them like i was a month ago so im starting to wonder if i still need it...

anyways any input available i would love to hear thanks

i would say any and all "ups" are progress. even if they're followed by a "down". i think you'll find the ups are higher each time and the downs aren't quite as low each time.

so, my 2 cents says progress.

I never had a T but my experience once I started to work on my recovery are just as MarkK wrote.

Just be careful before you dump your T and make sure you are ready. Maybe ask them about it and see if you can back off on your visits first.
