Hi, Michael,
I'm Russ, or REJ in the chatroom, and I am going to the Hope Springs weekend as well. I am really excited about going...hopeful that it will be a shot in the arm toward my recovery. I've only been working on my CSA since March in a real way, so I'm bringing lots of hope to Hope Springs.

I am not going on the retreat, but just wanted to say "welcome" to the site. I hope you find as much support here as I have. Like Russ, I am fairly new to my recovery (march as well) and have made some wonderful connections here since then.

Hey Michael,
You sound just like me, I signed up here March 31, 2004 and was at my first retreat in Canada in Early May 2004. I'm not going but there are PLENTY of facilitators there to help you if you start to have problems, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
